Do you feel you have imperfections and flaws? Good. That means you've accepted yourself for who you are in your life! As #GuiltybytesTurns3 I have second post from the
series that I have been meaning to do since forever. As I complete 3 years of blogging, I have been able to redefine the true meaning of beauty that I can't wait to share in today's post :)
We are young and we keep changing our minds and even sometimes our hearts about "beauty" and it's parameters. I was never a makeup hoarder, being an Army kid, I have been brought up like boys
(you know all Army parents have an obsession of making their kids so-not-delicate), It was in my blogging journey that I discovered makeup & beauty products, the art of makeup and fascinating over lots of MAKEUP. While Initially I tried to hide acne marks and look "more" pretty according to
my self made beauty standards, three years down the line, I know that it is important to
always be yourself no matter what because you don't want people to remember you for something you're not! I realized that mistakes makes you who you are...you learn and grow with each choice you make! Everything is worth it and we have got to say how we feel - always. I now know that beauty is about being
you, and being okay with it. Use makeup to feel extra confident and not just confident.
I'm not a perfect girl, my hair won't stay straight always and sometimes I am really clumsy and yes I too lack all that, well, perfectness. But then, I take a step back and remember how amazing my life truly is, and just maybe - I like being imperfect. So here's my take on beauty- In a world of comparison and conformity, I want to make my own statement. I want to share all of my vulnerabilities, tears, doubts, and insecurities; but at the end let others experience the real me!
