Kareena Kapoor Khan attended an India Today Conclave event and she opened up on nepotism and praised Kangana Ranaut for bringing out the issue. She appreciated her efforts to bring about a change for the better and said, "I appreciate actors like Kangana Ranaut, who bring problems to the forefront by talking about it in their interviews." Karishma stated,"It is a male-dominated industry, it has been for generations. But it is changing slowly."

Deepika Padukone Opens Up On Irrfan Khan's Health!

A few days back, Irrfan announced on his social media that he has been diagnosed with a rare illness. He has been missing from action since the last couple of weeks and Deepika Padukone will be seen next to him. In an award function, Deepika opened up on Irrfan's health and said,"I think we should always pray for people and their good health. If his (Irrfan’s) health is not best at this point, I think it is important for all of us to pray, not just for him, but for everyone. I always say a small little prayer for myself and everyone around. Yes, I think the last couple of weeks have been emotionally challenging, but yes, I think we all should say a little prayer."
She also added,"I think like he has requested that there are times when people need to be left alone for sometime and figure their lives out… We should respect the space they have requested for and hope for the best.”

After the Harvey Weinstein incident in Hollywood, several Bollywood actors spoke up against casting couch, sexual harassment and much more. Many Bollywood celebrities shared their personal experience. But it looks like, Ileana has a different take on it.
In an interview to Bombay Times she shared an incident and said,"It might sound cowardly, but I do agree that if one speaks out about the casting couch, it will end their career. Years ago, a junior artiste down South, who was being propositioned by a big producer, sought my advice on how to deal with it. I told her that it’s something that I couldn't decide for her. It is her decision and that nobody could force it on her. Many people have done it and it’s up to her whether she wants to go ahead and do it or not. As far as exploitation and harassment is concerned, I wouldn't stand for it."

According to DNA,"Mira was quietly sitting on one table. She had gone to collect the award on behalf of her hubby. Shahid couldn’t be there since he’s stationed in Tehri for his next film. Nobody even walked up to her and exchanged the customary hellos, except a few. The funny thing is some of them were those who had attended Shahid’s birthday party last year.”
