Salman Khan's Bajrangi Bhaijaan was the biggest hit of this year, but it seems that it is facing troubles now. The movie is now facing charges as a suit has been filed in the Bombay High Court by director Mahim Joshi who claims that he had registered his story in July 2007 with the Indian Films and Television Producers Council. He also tried to convince YMM, a production house managed by Suresh and Vivek Oberoi to work on the script, but 5 years after their contract expired, he took the story to another production house - Viacom 18. While the screenplay gave joint credits to Parveez Shaikha who was a part of the team at Viacom 18 when Mahim presented the script, no dues have been given to him.
He is now claiming 50 crore copyright for the entire plot line and locations which draww similairt to his original script. Now court will take their decision on October 21. - Akriti for @TeamGuiltyBytes
