Describe your brand in two lines and what makes it the 'IT' brand for wedding season?
Studio Classique is the only Menswear label in Jammu that deals with customised Wedding wear. One stop shop for all the wedding needs of a Groom and his best men, Right from customised Pagris to customised Juttis and swords, Shirts and kurtas to Suits and sherwanis.
So, tell us about the collection you will be showcasing at #Weddingbytes?
I will be showcasing only a few classic pieces, each one different from the other in terms of colour, style, embellishment techniques etc. And also some Signature pagris and Juttis.
What is that one thing that you want to talk about or touch upon in your workshop?
The one, thing that I want to talk about is customization. The idea is to show the men or women( who are great influencers in wedding shopping) the kind of services we offer to make a truly unique attire for the groom, his best men, father and grandfather with some co-ordinated accessories/ garments for all the Baratis. Attires that can be designed according to the theme of the event, that can be coordinated with the bride's lehenga etc.
What are you looking forward to most at the Weddingbytes event at Radisson Blu Jammu?
I am really looking forward to a good publicity platform for my Label, as we are the first to work on customized Menswear in Jammu and we have launched our self recently. So the more people (target audience, the fashion connoisseurs) know of it , more enquirers generated and more business.
What is that one advice you will like to give the Grooms-to-be when it comes to trousseau shopping?
Grooms usually have to compromise with their choices to in order to match a certain standard of how a groom should look, but what really matters is how comfortable you are with what you wear and the way you look. So whether your choice is "Flashy" or "Subtle", " Offbeat" or " Conventional" just stick to it and avail Image counselling to balance your personal style and fashion/ societal standards, so that there is no doubt on who is the Alpha.
