1. Onion juice and coconut oil for hair growth


Topical application of onion juice can help with alopecia areata which is an auto-immune disease where the body attacks the hair follicles, and these result in spot baldness. Onion juice helps with the re-growth of hair in the spots where the hair has fallen out. Using onion for your hair can drastically reduce hair fall and help promote hair growth.

2. Curry Leaves (Meethi Methi) and Yoghurt for hair growth and hair fall


Curry leaves are a great source of proteins and beta-carotene. Proteins prevent hair thinning while beta-carotene helps in preventing hair loss. It is also super rich in amino acids that help in preventing hair loss. Make a paste of curry leaves along with yoghurt and use it as a hair mask which will have you with healthy locks.

3. Drink Curry Leaves Tea for hair growth 


Curry leaves contain antioxidants that moisturize the scalp and help in removing dead hair follicles. Drinking green curry leaves maintain hormonal balance and also takes care of your digestion which in turn helps in strengthening hair shafts and roots.
