1. Banana and Honey Pack:
This is a powerful face pack for the dry skin girls. Banana is enriched with vitamin A, B, C, E, potassium, zinc which is required for a healthy skin. Both banana and honey increase the moisture content which would replenish your dry skin.
Face Pack:
Mash a ripe banana and add 1 teaspoon of honey to it and smear it all over your face, neck. Rinse it after half an hour.
Tip: If you want, you can add olive oil which would remove the grime and bring a glow
2. Yogurt and rose water face pack:
The lactic acid in yogurt gives a healthy glow to your skin and even exfoliates, hydrates your skin. Also, the antioxidant properties will fight the free radicals and remove blemishes from your face. Whereas rose water infused with Vitamin C that brings a glow to your face and even removes sebum, dust and dead cells from your skin.
Face Pack:
Take 2 tablespoons of yogurt and 1 teaspoon of rose water, make a fine paste and slather over your face for 30 minutes. Rinse with cool water, apply this pack twice a week.
3. Aloe Vera and Cucumber Pack:
Dry skin beauties have less moisture content on their face and that is why their skin easily looks dull. That’s why we recommend this pack for extremely dry skin. Aloe Vera has excellent hydrating property and the antimicrobial property keeps acne, breakout far away from your face. Cucumber has soothing and hydrating properties that will turn your face smooth, supple.
Face Pack:
Grate cucumber and draw out 1 tablespoon juice, mix to this 1 tablespoon of aloe vera gel and cover your face, neck with this soothing pack. Rinse with water after 20 minutes. It is advised to apply this face pack twice or thrice a week for a hydrating and soft look.
The other factors that you can take care are:
1. Avoid hot showers
2. Apply sunscreen in sunlight
3. Have 7-8 hours of sleep
4. Drink 10-11 glasses of water
5. Always remove your makeup before sleeping
