Krésha Bajaj known for her famous brand Koecsh tied knot with her fiancé Vanraj Zaveri which was followed by insane wedding celebrations in Udaipur that featured mehendi, sangeet, wedding and reception. Known for her edgy and unconventional designs, Kresha decided to do her own wedding outfits and well, looking at her photos all we can tell is that it's a summer dream come true. There are so many things that we love from her wedding and today on the blog, we are listing our favorites...

#1 White & gold traditional wedding lehega with an embroidered love story.

The wedding lehenga featured bride and groom's names that were hand sewn with beautiful zari, which was hidden into the embroidery of the fabric, forming a delicate optical illusion. The kalis in the lehenga had intricate frames capturing important moments of their life – their dating milestones, the proposal and finally they love story. The bottom of Kresha's lehenga and dupatta was finished with a hem of jumping dolphins, which represented the bride & groom's beginning.

For my wedding, I decided to design all my outfits under my brand @koecsh which I was very excited and comfortable doing as I wear super edgy stuff that isn't usually what I am able to find. For the pheras, I felt a bit challenged because I don’t like not being able to use the same garment multiple times in multiple ways for multiple occasions. As I knew my Wedding lehenga would be something I would only wear once, I decided to make it a piece of artwork that I would later frame. In order to make it into a special piece of art I decided to embroider my entire lehenga with Vanraj & my story - our milestones, the proposal, and all our important moments up until the wedding. I used traditional embroidery techniques and materials, and all around the lehenga you will see hidden elements sewn into the garment. Our names are embroidered into the garments, pictures of our story framed with embroidery and finished with a hem of jumping dolphins, which was the beginning of our story as we worked together on a protest against cetacean captivity.
