After few years of baking, and experimenting, I am super duper excited to share a chocolate cake recipe that I can proudly indulge in. This chocolate cake has no eggs, no butter, no milk and yet is gooey and tastes like a regular loaf cake with much less calories. This gluten free cake can be baked in a microwave in under 5 minutes. Here's a step by step tutorial for you all and yes, getting the cake structure right can be a bit tricky, but give it a shot for it's yummy flavours and guilt free indulgence.
INGREDIENTS
FOR CAKE
1. 3/4 cup cocoa powder
2. 3/4 cup Flour
3. 3/4 cup powdered sugar
4. 1 cup luke warm water
5. 2-3 Tsp canola oil
6. 1-1/2 Tsp Bakin soda (meetha soda)
7. 2-3 tsp white vinegar
8. 2-3 tsp vanilla essence
FOR CHOCOLATE DRIZZLE
1. 4-5 tablespoon luke warm water
2. 1 and a 1/2 tablespoon coco powder
3. 1/2 cup powdered sugar
