We’ve all been there! You’re getting ready for that big interview or meetings friends and you then you see it! Your bra, peeking out from that infuriating gap in your button-down shirt. It is maddening and frustrating. Isn't it? So, how do you deal with this problem?
via homestoriesatoz.comPinning
This seemed like the most familiar option. It may feel like you forever pinning closed low cut dresses or gaping shirts. And I promise it works . Some might hate the tell-tale glint of silver at your chest. You van buy black and white safety pins especially fro this purpose. This will be the perfect combination of lazy and effective. You don't have to worry over the gap throughout the day, and you can of course re-use the pins.
Taping
This is another easy option. Just use a pre-cut double-sided tape to lock down the gap by simply placing the tape in between the buttons wherever you experience a gap . You might worry over the tape peeling away throughout the day. You may not have any major mishaps but you might have to subtly press down on the gap to re-stick the shirt together several times throughout the day. Just be sure to remove the tape before throwing your garment in the washer and dryer! The sticky residue will adhere itself to your clothing in the dryer.
Sewing
This is the most obvious and the most professional option. You can get the area lightly stitched . Its pretty straight forward to lightly tack the gap closed with a small x-shaped stitch, though it is more time consuming than other options. But you wouldn't have to worry about it too much throughout the day and the feeling of ripping out the stitches with bare hands at the end of the day is awesome!
