Do you always end up with leftover naans and tandoori rotis after a scrumptious dinner party? Have you ever thought of re-using these naans as a perfect breakfast dish? Well this food blogger at Brunchnbites will turn your regular naan into a delicious breakfast naan pizza that also boasts of crispy bacon on top and an ooey-gooey egg- yum!
Doesn't it look finger licking good? Well only if we could get a breakfast like this, life would become crackling perfect!
INGREDIENTS
All you need is 2 Naan bread, a cup of grated cheese (you can chose amul or parmesan or mozzarella cheese) along with few strips of bacon or leftover chicken tikka! Add 2 eggs, sliced onions, chopped leaf parsley, salt and freshly ground pepper.
INSTRUCTIONS
Slice the bacon/ chicken and fry in a large pan over medium-high heat until crisp. Let cool.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and place naan on a baking tray, sprinkle with cheese, bacon, onion and peppers.
Add 1 egg on each naan bread and season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 10-12 mins.
