Double wing eye-liner has been spotted a lot lately in many red carpet looks and it's time for each of you to walk that red carpet.
How to Achieve This Look!
Take a piece of tape and place it very close to your lower lash-line. Now, like you do a regular wing, line your eyes the same using a pointed, precise brush and a gel/liquid eye-liner.
Once done, remove the tape and place it slightly below your wing and make another wing with the same brush and eyeliner. Join this wing to your lower lash-line and flaunt your bold, edgy double-winged eye-liner look!
