Olive oil to moisturizeOften nails don’t grow as fast as they should because of less moisture. So to promote healthy nail growth, the first step is to keep them moisturized. Olive oil works as magical oil to your nails, it gets into your nail and helps in the healthy growth. It contains Vitamin E which also helps in blood circulation. And repairs damaged nails. Before you doze off apply warm olive oil to your nails and massage gently for 5 minutes. Do this daily you before your big day.

Tomatoes for shineTomatoes contain a high amount of biotin which helps in the growth of nails and makes them strong and shiny. Also, it has vitamin A and C that benefits skin and nails and makes them healthy. Take a bowl mix ½ cup of tomato juice with 2 tbsp. of olive oil. Soak your nails in this solution for 10 minutes, do this daily and you will see the result within a week.

Orange juice for growthAnother home remedy that can easily boost your nail growth is orange juice. The vitamin C helps in keeping your nail healthy. Also, the folic acid in it is essential for nail growth. Take a bowl and add fresh orange juice to it, soak your hands in it for at least 10 minutes and wash it off with warm water, and apply some moisturizer to it.

Shabana Azmi has decided to vocalize her support to Deepika Padukone because of her movie Padmavati. Shabana has written letter to government to ensure the protection of Deepika and asked actresses from induatry to sign it. Rumors were doing the rounds that Kangana ia not signing this. But now, she opened up on this issue and said," I was filming Manikarnika in Jodhpur when I got a call from dear friend Anushka Sharma to sign the petition written by Ms. Shabana Azmi. I explained to her that Deepika Padukone has all my support but I am a bit wary of Shabana Azmi’s investment in left-wing Vs right-wing politics.
I have my own set of ideas and opinions about the current situation in our country. I am on the fence about many things and being a part of a feminist movement called Deepika Bachao led by someone who character assassinated me when I was bullied by influential men, seems to be one of them. Anushka understood but I am glad they reached out to me. Like I said Deepika has all my support, I am an individual perfectly capable of supporting who I like without anyone’s support".

According to sources, Virat's family and friends have booked a place in Italy. The wedding is to take place in Milan. It will be a private affair follwed by reception on December 20th in Mumbai.

Richa Chadha is one of the bindass actresses we have seen in Bollywood. She never scared to share her thoughts about the industry or people. She is very busy in promoting her upcoming movie Fukrey Returns. In a recent interview with Hindustan Times, she opened up on sexual harassment in Bollywood. She said,"I don’t see that happening immediately given the culture of naming and shaming in our country. But when it happens, as it is happening in Hollywood right now, the entire power structure will change. People, who you see making feminist films and claiming to be progressive etc, they will all come tumbling down."

She added,"We will lose a lot of heroes and several people will lose their lives’ work, their legacies. I think that’s what people will attack -- they can’t attack them monetarily so they will go after the legacies. And it will happen, I would think in the next four-five years."

"It is very sexy to say, ‘Bollywood, ye gire hue log. They do this for work, they are just a cesspool for parties and all. We have a very fertile imagination when it comes to Bollywood. But we refuse to look at others. The press has a role in this - they should not be jumping on a hashtag. The press should be consistently creating a support system for the victim to come forward to say ‘this happened to me and he did that’. The judiciary has a role. I once met a rapist who said ‘mereko to bus saat saal ki sazaa hogi and then I am back to a normal life’, no remorse whatsoever."
