Parineeti Chopra was seen sporting a super beautiful outfit during her upcoming movie Golmaal Again promotions. The outfit and makeup are just perfect for the festive season and a lot of us can take inspiration from this.

A classic smokey eye look , will look absolutely stunning with this attire, it'll give a good amount of edginess to her whole look .

*Start by applying a good eye primer and then setting it with a loose powder.
*Take your black kajal and draw some rough lines on your eyelids, but make sure it doesn't go above your lid area or into your crease.

*Now take a brush and start smudging the black slowly .
*Once the black is nicely smudged, take a chocolate brown shade and apply it to your crease and also create a transition shade with it, Lastly blend both the shades together.

*You can even bronze up your face for this look, the Nyx bronzer is really good and gives a very natural look.
*A fuschia shade lip color will just glam up the whole face even more. A good thing would be to first use the fuschia shade and on top of it use a nude lip color, the amalgamation of both shades will give your lips a gorgeous shade.

The shehanshah of Bollywood Amitabh Bachchan celebrated his 75th Birthday yesterday. The whole family was in Maldives to celebrate the Birthday bash. It looks like Abhishek, Aish, Shweta and granddaughter Navya Naveli Nanda truely had a blast while celebrating Mr. Bachchan's midnight beach bash. Abhishek took to Instagram to share this photo of his father and wished him in a most adorable way.

Kriti Sanon really slayed the bold lip look that she donned for an event recently, Red can often look a bit more overpowering in the daytime, but if teamed well , it can really make you look gorgeous and sexy !

Make sure to keep your eyes and face makeup really minimal and more towards the nude side. A sheer coverage foundation like the Nykaa Skingenius will be a great option. For eyes skip the eyeliner and kohl, just a brown eyeshadow to give a slight tinge to your eyes, A good amount of mascara is what you need,The Maybelline lashsensational mascara is just BOMB in every way possible. It really makes the lashes look like as if you have falsies on.
A little bit of bronzy effect on the face is what you need, the Sivanna Bronzed Professional is an amazing product and very affordable as well.

Go in with the best and bright red shape you have, The MAC Russian Red and Ruby Woo , are two shades that look very sexy on almost every skintone.

I feel absolutely over the moon with how my festive season has begun! It’s time to break the news- Amazon Fashion is the Official Fashion Partner for Guiltybytes for #AIFWSS18. I am collaborating with #AmazonDesignerBoutique to curate 5 looks that I will be sporting every day to the Amazon India Fashion Week SS18. The Amazon Designer boutique will feature accessible fashion that’s affordable, bespoke and available at your fingertips. All of my looks can be shopped instantly on Amazon.in.

What I absolutely love about the designer boutique concept is that it's ever-evolving. Stoked to see how Amazon is bringing in newer labels, designers, and brands at our fashion disposal. Day 1 saw the launch of the US-based label- Kara Ross at Amazon Designer Boutique. The collection called-UNLEASHED was unveiled by Bollywood actress Nargis Fakhri.

Coming back to my #OOTD for Day 1, I decided to do an effortless style and wore a statement-making linen coordinate set by label Astha and Sidharth which is now available to shop online on Amazon Fashion. I picked this outfit for it was all about comfort for me and that the Delhi heat hasn’t been any nice this time around as well. This is where linen coordinates come FTW- they help you live your best summer life at any time of the year. I decided to pair the outfit with a powerful yet striking clutch purse by Puneet Gupta. My entire look can be shopped online on Amazon.in.

It's the 11th season of the hit reality show Bigg Boss. Over the years, the series has managed to entertain the viewers with its controversial content. This time to add to the spice, we have Vikas Gupta and Shilpa Shinde's never ending fight, both on and off camera. Priyank got evicted from the house because of his fight with Akash Dadlani. His fans was obviously shocked to see him out so soon. Yesterday, he opened up on his journey.

When he was asked about whether he expected to be out this soon, he said,"Obviously not. I didn’t expect that. I thought that I will be inside the house for not 105, but 205 days.” He called Shilpa psycho in an interview to TOI,"She has a split personality and I have personally experienced that. At one time, I have seen her being the best lady in the world and in minutes she would become the nastiest one on earth. She is a psycho. She definitely has a major problem. Her focus inside the show is Vikas as of now. If you go and tell her that she's wrong, she will be rude, extremely rude. Each night, we all used to be scared of Shilpa Shinde and wondered what new she was going to do. I myself haven't slept at nights because of her and would constantly check what Shilpa was doing, whether she had slept peacefully or not. She is scary. Plus she is definitely in the wrong company, that is of Arshi. While one is already negative, the other one picks and creates fights. Actually, Arshi, Shilpa and Puneesh Sharma are people with double standards."

We will miss you Priyank on the show!

Saif Ali Khan and Kareena have always been asked about his little munchkin Taimur Ali Khan, who is everyone's favorite. Recently in an interview to online portal, Saif was asked if Taimur looked like him or Kareena. On this, he said,"Somedays he looks like her, somedays he looks like me. He looks like a Chinese version of her. Let’s say Mongol."

He is already a social media star!

No matter the journey you're currently on, you have worked hard to get where you are, and your hands have been by your side since day one. They have worked hard for you throughout your years — and sometimes they might show their age. While you might fret about laugh lines and wrinkles on your face, what about aging signs on your hands? Here are seven ways to keep your hands looking young.

1.Moisturize. Keep those babies moisturized! At least apply lotion every day, but hand cream is even better. Lock in the moisture for smooth, young-looking hands.

2.Wear sunscreen. Sun damage is the biggest culprit of old-looking hands. Wearing a moisturizer that contains sunscreen can kill two birds with one stone. Sunscreen is important because the sun can get to your skin even while you're doing everyday tasks, like driving.

3.Exfoliate. Exfoliate dead skin off your hands to keep them looking dewy fresh. You don't even have to spend the big bucks on an exfoliator! Just combine equal parts olive oil and sugar for a homemade exfoliator and rub away.

4.Get a manicure, but give the polish a rest every once in a while. Showing some love to your cuticles and nails is important to keep your hands looking young. However, remember to give your nails a break in between manicures so they can recover from the last coat of polish.

5.Bleach the spots away. Age spots aren't forever! You can buy an OTC bleaching cream to get rid of age or dark spots on your skin at your local drugstore

6.Wear gloves while doing the dishes. Water is your hands' worst enemy. If we could hire a professional dishwasher, we totally would, but for most of us, gloves are a decent alternative. Be sure to wear them while doing the dishes to prevent the harsh soap and hot water from ruining your skin and nails.

Sleep eight hours a night. Eat three square meals a day. We've all heard these common tidbits of advice regarding keeping our bodies and minds to a strict schedule, but in today's 24/7 society, who really adheres to these old-school edicts? , your body's habit of keeping an internal clock (and our modern refusal to adhere to it) may be wreaking havoc in more areas of your life than you're aware.
The idea that only our conscious minds are aware of what time of day it is, seems to be a prevalent one, but new findings are suggesting that every organ (and even perhaps every cell) has an awareness of schedule and timing. This can have far-reaching effects on the various parts of the body communicate with one another, often getting mixed signals about what time it is because of our contradictory habits— eating late at night, for instance, or staying up all night and then sleeping in the next day. This erratic behavior, it stands to reason, has far-reaching effects.People who ate their main meal earlier in the day were much more successful at losing weight.
While more research needs to be done to better understand how different parts of the body react to various schedules, A lot of professionals in this area, believe that these contradictory and out-of-sync rhythms may be to blame for a whole host of ailments. What happens is that you get a total de-synchronization of the clocks within us , which may be underlying the chronic diseases we face in our society today. We'd like to be in a position where we'd be able to monitor hundreds of different rhythms in your body and see if they're out of sync — and then try to normalize them.
Until then, do what you can to try to normalize your internal clocks yourself.

Trying to be healthy can feel overwhelming. From exercise to nutrition to doctor visits, there's a lot to remember and a lot to fit into your life. Fortunately, most "rules" aren't one-size-fits-all mandates. So where can you take shortcuts or give yourself a break?

    Water

"Drink eight glasses of water a day" isn't the whole story. The amount  of total fluids you need (not just water you drink) depends on things like your health and where you live. You're probably fine if you don't feel thirsty and your pee is clear or pale yellow. Instead of counting, drink a glass of water with each meal and also between them. Drink water before, during, and after exercise.

    General Exercise

Your step counter may say 10,000, but did you break a sweat for any of them? The number isn't magic -- the key here is intensity. For cardio exercise to be effective, you need to get your heart rate up for at least 10 minutes. You can get away with fewer than 20-30 minutes a day (adding up to 150 a week) when you're working harder: 15 minutes of jogging is like a half-hour of brisk walking.

    Muscle Building

At least twice a week, do something to strengthen your arms, shoulders, legs, hips, abs, chest, and back: Lift weights, use resistance bands, even dig in the garden or shovel snow.
How about making your exercise time do double-duty? A short, intense workout of 30-second exercises like jumping jacks, push-ups, and squats with 10 seconds of rest between improves your heart and lung health as well as your muscles

    /

    Calories

You'll need more calories if you're active, less if you're more sluggish or older. Men generally need more than women. There's a lot of measuring and math to figure out exactly how many you need. Rather than counting calories, focus on healthy eating patterns. Invest your calories wisely. Avoid lots of "empty" ones, like soda, chips, and cookies. Nutrient-rich foods have a better payoff.

    Fiber

The average person only gets about half of what they need in a day, which is 25-30 grams. To work more fiber into your diet, choose whole-grain versions of foods when you can, like brown rice and whole wheat crackers. Eat a whole-grain food with every meal. And get friendly with beans and legumes! You can add chickpeas to a salad, for example, or mix lentils into your meals.
    sliced vegetables in tupperware

    Veggies and Fruits

Forget servings and cups. Every time you eat, aim to get half of your food from the produce section. Reach for veggies and fruits as snacks. Juices count, too, if they're 100%, but the actual fruit or vegetable is better and will help you get your fiber. You want a broad mix of colors and textures !

It's a fundamental need to update our wardrobes as we enter a brand new season of fashion week! I won't lie, I am an unapologetic lover of the black and whites especially when it comes the style staples. A lot of times it has got to do with the kind of brands you feel an affinity for- the fit, the stitch, the cut and the passion that an outfit brings with itself. The other times, monochromes become my go-to color that always seems to work for me in terms of fashion. This outfit from the #AmazonDesignerBoutique is one of my most favourite looks for the season.

Coming back to my #OOTD for Day 2, I wore this black and white designer ensemble by Rohit Gandhi and Rahul Khanna that features the design duo’s fashion sensibilities- usual cool and clean lines.  Having worn their comfortable pants with a crisp white shirt and a statement jacket only fostered my faith in the basic fashion that lays an emphasis on fabrics, cuts and a lot of detailing rather than on embellishments. I paired the monochrome ensemble with a drool-worthy clutch purse by designer Puneet Gupta to add a hint of colour to the outfit. This clutch showcases intricate kundan work with vibrant prints and adds just the right amount of festive quirk to the outfit. Now you too can shop my entire look online on Amazon.in.

While, many of you are celebrating it for the first time as the Woman Of The House, so, for those girls, we had complied a list of 7 fashion tips that will definitely help you steal the show this Diwali Pooja and after party if you are planning to go on.

    #1 Get the glow right!
First thing first, if you want to get glowing before Diwali, and planning on some new facial, we advise you to stop right away. Go for only those facials tried and tested facials at least two days before Diwali to get the glow right. Opt for DIY face masks and cleanser.

A post shared by Rashami Desai (@imrashamidesai) on

#2 Buy the clothes that suits you!
Don't go follow trends blindly, if something doesn't suits you, stop and try something different. This Diwali instead of following trends create your own outfits and styles that you feel comfortable and enjoy wearing. Go for colours that looks  good on your skin tone, and material that blends as a second skin.

A post shared by Sargun Mehta (@sargunmehta) on

    #3 Experiment with the Sarees!
If you are planning to wear a saree, then don't just drape it in a basic way. Instead opt for newer drapes, that adds on the modern touch. Try wearing your sarees over a skirt, or a jacket. For more saree inspiration check Weddingbytes modern ways to drape a saree here.

#4 Fall in love with Indo-western!
You have all the reason to wear an Indo-western outfit this Diwali, first is that it looks chic, they are comfortable and you can style it the way you want. Style a crop top with dhoti pants or skirt. You can even opt for kurta with skirts.

A post shared by WedMeGood (@wedmegood) on

    #5 Go for traditional accessories!
Another way to steal the show this Diwali is by adding the retro feel to your entire look, don't shy away from wearing pretty jhumkas and accessorizing your entire look. Play around with choker neckpieces and you can even wear a kamarbandh with it.

    A post shared by 💫Tinzi💫 (@dattaatinaa) on

    #6 Get your makeup right!
If your Diwali Pooja is a closed ghar-ka-function, then don't wear a heavy makeup, just go for bold kohl filled eyes, and a dark lipper. However, if you are going to host a party after the Pooja, then put on a BB Cream and blush-on. If your outfit is subtle then go for bold lips.

    A post shared by 💫Tinzi💫 (@dattaatinaa) on

    #7 Hairstyles!
Go for a fuss-free hairstyle, don't get too many pins added in your hairstyle that becomes difficult to remove. Rather go for easy to style and carry hairstyle. You can even create your own DIY hairstyles for this day.
