VLCC Bridal Makeup Looks Best Of The Bridal Makeup Looks 2017!

VLCC is one of the most popular name among the beauty world and Our very own Miss Guiltybytes was rather thrilled to witness the best of the bridal looks for the year 2017, which she also happened to judge. The star studded event was held at the Roseate, Aerocity. It was one of it's kind event that brought together best of Indian designers as well as Indian makeup artists all at one place. The evening became more exciting when renowned Bollywood actress Esha Gupta walked the ramp and unveiled the 'The Couture Bridal Look 2017' created by the experts at the VLCC.



The event had an amazing ramp walk showcasing the best of makeup looks divided in four different themes, namely the 'Vintage Look', the 'Dramatic Look', the 'Red Carpet', and the 'Bridal Look'. The famous fashion experts Rina Dhaka, Samant Chauhan, Arjun & Anjalee Kapoor and Nikita Tandon weaved their magic on the ramp with the makeup looks! Each of the look was just as exclusive and was indeed a great fit for the upcoming wedding season.

The Vintage Look 
The look was inspired by 1950-60s and showcased the signature retro fashion with its statement bright bold lipstick and winged eyeliner. Ace designer Samant Chauhan made the makeup look more stunning with his outfits.







The Dramatic Look
It was inspired by theater and was curated by Ms. Catrina Chiari, a renowned makeup artist from Italy, who is associated with VLCC. And the outfitss were designed by ace designer Rina Dhaka.






#3 The Red Carpet
The look was inspired by the glamorous Bollywood divas and Nikita Tandon designed the stunning outfits.






#4 The Bridal Look
This look was perfect inspiration for the coming wedding season, the outfits for this theme were crafted by the  popular duo Anjalee and Arjun Kapoor. Celebrity makeup artist Shaan Mutthatil created the stunning makeup for the bridal look.

TV Couple Kunal Verma and Puja Banerjee make for an adorable couple. They have been in a relationship for more than nine years now. But their love life was not easy. Almost a year ago, the couple had a breakup. Post their break up they realized their value for each other. In an interview to TOI, Kunal said,"I think nobody can love me more than Puja. She is a very good soul and I think I am lucky to have her in my life. Earlier I had commitment phobia and I was running away from taking a major decision in my life. I was confused, but it was Puja's unconditional love for me which changed my heart and made me believe she is the one."


It was Kunal who broke up. He accepted and said,"We broke up because I was not mature enough. After we broke up I realised that I can never fall in love again. From my friends, family to the industry people everyone has only good things to say about. She is a little possessive when it comes me and treats me like her property. Sometimes it gets little too much, but I like it."

The couple met on the sets of the show, Tujh Sang Preet Lagayi Sajna and fell head over heels in love with each other. They got engaged yesterday and all set to tie the knot by the end of this year. Many popular actors attended the starry affair. Like Anita Hassanandani, Adaa Khan, Shashank Vyas, Manish Paul and many more. Kunal recently, hit the headlines because of his fallout with his co star Sidharth Shukla.

While I have stocked my share of highlighters, a hydrated skin makes for a flawless makeup look, isn’t it? As a person who’s suffered from sleep less night all her life, trust me when I say waking up early is not a walk in the park.  As comfortable as the covers are, I know that responsibilities await me, and the house isn’t going to clean itself. However strong the reason was, it wasn’t enough to convince me to wake up early. Until, one day, it struck me! I must have something to look forward to in the mornings that would give me the incentive to wake up!
With that in mind, I prepared a list of things and did them every morning. I’ve changed my morning routine. I am sharing some valuable tips that have helped me rise like the early bird. Here they are ! 

  • The first thing you must do is, open the curtains and let the sun light come in. If your room is dark, you will convince yourself to sleep some more. Until the Sun makes an entrance, you’re just going to keep hitting that snooze button and sleep snugly under your blanket.
  • A little music in the morning uplifts you. To be honest, you can do the most boring of chores, and won’t even realize how time has flown. 
  • Always have a good and delightful breakfast . Now this one, is most important people. You can NEVER  have a lovely day without a tasty breakfast.
  • A great thing to do will be to do some catching up with with the world, This can be done by skimming the headlines. If the newspaper depresses you then read something uplifting. A few tidbits of a magazine or some juicy articles on the web! Maybe you could catch up on that novel you’ve been meaning to read?
  • One really good thing , that you all can do is Sort out your thoughts. Take about 5 minutes in the morning to write down the things you need to accomplish before the day is through

Meheck Chahal and Ashmit Patel are currently on their European holiday and enjoying every bit of it. If TOI sources to be believed then the two has finally exchanged rings. Ashmit was planning to propose Meheck in Paris but things didn't happen accordingly. Yesterday, finally he popped a question to Meheck. In an interview to TOI, he said,"I never told Maheck that I was carrying a ring with me. We were supposed to meet her family in Norway and I wanted to propose to her in Paris, the city of love, but it did not happen that way. We were at a cozy restaurant in Marbella (Spain), which had a fantastic view, and I decided to propose. So Maheck has a habit of having dessert after dinner, and I had decided to propose then. However, on that night, she did not ask for any dessert. So, I excused myself and asked the waiters to get some strawberries dipped in chocolate. I then placed the ring on the plate with strawberries, under a bowl which was placed upside.” 

"I was so surprised, that I laughed out loud. Since we were not sure which finger — right or left — the ring should be worn on, we paused for a while. He then went down on his knees and the entire restaurant cheered for us. It was a very romantic proposal.”
They are planning to get married soon,"We are meeting my parents today and will finalise a date soon. Hopefully, we should be married in six months. I want a destination wedding abroad, while Maheck prefers to get hitched in India.”

Shraddha had a really simple makeup going on with a very naturally kept hairstyle as well .She let her confidence and attire do all the talking.


Her hair was left loose, with beautiful and natural soft curls and also a middle parting which complimented her face structure really well.

The makeup looked very skin like and dewy as well , guess dewy makeup is 'THE' thing for the 2017 Makeup trends. Her makeup is the perfect example of a soft face and eyes with a bold lip,  I guess this look can be carried off by a lot of us on a lot of different attires as well .

Shraddha's face looked flawless, with a very slight tinge of color on the cheeks , Which was more towards the cinnamon shade . Her eyes had a good thick eye liner going on , with waterline being kept almost bare, but the waterline had a really gorgeous Rusty brown and red shade going on , to enhance her eyes, even the lashes have been kept really subtle .
