Makeup Tutorial : Plum & Brown Eyes ! Plumy Eye Makeup Look !

The plum, brown, burgundy shades are in so much in trend right now.  The shades look very gorgeous and beautiful in any form. A lot of beauty influencers are doing different looks using these trendy shades. So here's an easy makeup tutorial for you all Using the plum and brown shades.

Step By Step Tutorial 







  • First things first: Prepping the skin for the makeup that you will apply is extremely important.  So I used my daily moisturizer and then primer my face with the Lakme Blur Perfect Primer.
  • Moving ahead with the base, I first corrected the dark areas, using my LA Girl Orange Corrector, and then I blended it all. For the foundation, I went ahead with my Milani Conceal + Perfect  Foundation in 06 Sand Beige.
  • To highlight my face I used the Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Concealer in the Shade Neutralizer, I absolutely Loved this concealer, it highlights the face amazingly.
  •  For this look, I went ahead and did baking with my PAC loose powder.
  • Moving on to eyes. The palette I have used is the Lakme Absolute Illuminating Eyeshadow Palette in French Rose. 
  • Taking the Brown shade first. I have used it as my transition shade and applied it a bit above my crease using a buffing brush.
  • The next shade that I have used is a gorgeous plum shade, it's so amazingly sexy looking. I applied it all over my lid. Then blend all the shades together so that the eyeshadow looks blended.
  • To finish the eye makeup look I used my eyeliner , curled my lashes , applied a mascara and took the same eyeshadow shades and applied it to my water line .
  • Once all this was done , I blended in my baking also .
  • To contour and shape my face a little , I used the Sivanna Bronzed Professional Palette and for the blush and highlight, went ahead with my Freedom Pro Blush Palette.
  • For the lipshade I mixed two shades of the Nykaa paintstick and both of them together looked so sexy with the whole look . I totally Loved how my lip shade turned out to be.

  • The first thing that we would need is Cinnamon, Now cinnamon really helps in weight loss to a great extent. Cinnamon like honey contains lots of amazing anti-oxidants and help increase and boost our metabolism. When honey and cinnamon are combined they become like is Dynamic Duo and benefits our body in a great way.  They really cleanse our body as well . 
  • You will need 2 tablespoons of honey , 1 tablespoon of cinnamon , and a glass of water .
  • Use 1 part of cinnamon and 2 parts of honey . 1:2 ratio needs to be followed .
  • Boil a glass of water and pour it on cinnamon. Cover it and let it steep until it is warm enough to drink .
  • Add honey when the water is cool/warm. Never add honey when the water is very hot , it will kill all the enzymes that it contains. 
  • Now drink half of the water before going to bed , and whatever half of it is left store it in the fridge and drink it in the morning . Do not reheat it .
This drink works amazingly well when you are trying to loose weight . Do some sort of excercise as well , as it will double up and speed up the weight loss process .

In an interview to TOI, Kareena opened up on her journey of motherhood. On paparazzi she said, "He gets clicked wherever he goes, even when I'm not with him and all those popping flashbulbs make him blink." 
She wants to spend more time with Taimur, she said,"I don't like being away from Taimur, I don't want to miss out on a single moment of his childhood. If I have to go for a shoot, I'll take him with me sometimes but it's a tough balance."


She will start shooting for Veere Di Wedding soon.

  • For this hair mask you need Castor Oil , Honey and Egg yolk .
  • Castor oil since ages has been super beneficial for haircare . It encourages hair growth and even provides good nourishment to our hair . It is high in amino acids sence it penetrates into the scalp and makes the hair more stronger and healthier. 
  • Honey being high on anti oxidants and detoxifies hair to a great level . It strengthens hair follicles and also prevents hair loss.
  • As for Egg Yolks ,  they are very rich in vitamins and proteins and help a lot in hair growth and also speed up the process. Egg yolks make the hair really thick and healthy.
To prepare this hair mask: Take 2 tablespoons of Castor Oil, 1 egg, and 1 tablespoon Honey.
  • In a bowl  mix all these ingredients well until they are well mixed and form a good mixture.
  • Apply by starting from the scalp and then working all the way down to your ends.
  • Cover your head with a shower cap and leave it for 30 minutes .
  • Wash it off with a mild shampoo 
  • Do this at least 2-3 times a week to get best results.

  • Wash your face with lukewarm water and apply this paste all over your face .
  • Leave it for at least 20 minutes and then gently massage it while removing it .
  • Wash off with cold water .
  • Use this face mask at least twice a week.
